Do not be like me and think these will not fit -- they are made for 6 to 12 inch wheels NOT TIRES. My tires are 13x5.00-6. I thought they had to go to the chain closest it to the center of the wheel but because my wheel, 6 inch, is at the minimum size, these clip onto the chains at the end of the chain that rides on the tire tread. I used cable ties to tighten them up more and to prevent the hooks from coming off the chains. Did a test run... stayed where they were supposed to. See pics.
