How do I track my order?
You should have received an email with a tracking code and link. If not, please contact us and we’ll help you get your tracking information.
How do I return an order?
Please contact our customer service team to obtain an RGA# (Return Goods Authorization) and the proper address to return the item(s). We have a 30-day return policy. For details, see our return policy.
Where do you ship to?
We ship primarily to the 48 Contiguous U.S states. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii, please call and we can work out shipping there as well. If you’re international, please call and we will let you know our options for shipping. For details, see our shipping policy.

Can I pick up my order?
Sure! We’d love to see you! We are located at 4601 8th Avenue, Marion, Iowa 52302. If you see “Tires” on the sign…don’t worry, that’s us! There’s a lot of chain waiting inside.
